Our Approach
The AJUVO approach is an agile method driven by a focus on outcomes and delivered by a team obsessed with mastering the platform. Our entire business model is built to embrace the rapid rate of change on the ServiceNow platform, while at the same time maintaining the highest quality of service delivery. We shift 80% of what is typically spent on sales and marketing and invest those dollars in ongoing ServiceNow release training for our consultants, with built-in time for intellectual property refresh.
Our story
AJUVO brings extensive experience to an agile, cutting-edge development process. Our founders began their information technology journey before ITIL and ITSM emerged as part of the IT alphabet. They actively wrestled with all of the issues and evolutions of IT as it evolved from siloed federations of IT disciplines (systems management, applications management, database administration, network management, and security) through the era of monolithic enterprise frameworks (Tivoli, CA, OpenView and BMC) to today’s service-centric, user-centric, cloud-centric digital platforms.
This historic perspective provides AJUVO with a deep understanding of the fundamental “zeros and ones” that IT organizations struggle with on a daily basis, as well as an evolutionary context for the Service Management ecosystem that evolved to address those needs.

Our Leadership
Jeremy Gardner Managing Partner The original founder of AJUVO back in 2013. As a customer, he owned ServiceNow and saw early on how the platform would transform organizations, IT and beyond. Prior to that, he spent 10 years deploying earlier generation enterprise tools as a Consultant at Pepperweed and IBM. He is an advocate for simplicity and a connector of dots.
Theresa Collins VP, Service Delivery If getting things done was an emoji, it would look like Theresa. She has over 20 years of experience as a Practice leader, Process designer, and Engagement manager in consulting organizations small and large. Her focus on organizational change and cultural adoption ensures quality and success throughout all of our engagements. The accent is Southern.

Gavin Bromfield Managing Partner The accent is South African, to clear up any debate. Gavin has over 20 years of IT consulting experience, focused on ITSM, ITOM and ITBM, deployed on the ServiceNow platform, for the last 7 years. He launched his consulting career after managing Infrastructure and Security as a practitioner. Gavin’s beard has its own name, ask him to introduce you.
