Business Process Consultant
As a Business Process Consultant you will advise customers on on best practices with their Integrated Risk Management processes. This role is focused on Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Risk and Compliance, and Enterprise/Operational/Vendor Risk, helping clients mature their associated programs and processes while working closely with internal teams to assess, develop, document and deliver successful customer outcomes.

- Lead engagements as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on relevant best practices in IRM solutions (BCM, GRC, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, etc)
- Lead workshops to assess processes, discuss options and risk, perform gap analysis with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Identify areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Promote continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities
- Manage and communicate process and business requirements to the delivery team as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations
- Provide support to various people across the organization
- Maintain relevant knowledge relating to certifications and current best practices
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years working as Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/CooP thought leader
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing business continuity management programs incorporating Crisis Management, Life Safety, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning
- Experience working with MaestroRS, Archer, ClearView or similar products
- Industry certifications are helpful, but not required: CBCI, CBCP, EDRP, GRCP, GRCA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISA.
- Ability to evaluate, plan, organize, and direct solution delivery in the client environment
- Customer-centric, team-oriented working style, with an emphasis on trust and reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident and effective presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills in the client environment, coupled with active listening and a thoughtful communication style

IRM Solution Consultant
As an IRM Solution Consultant you will provide guidance and technical expertise on implementing products within ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management solution. You will be working as an architect and developer in collaboration with stakeholders and business analysts to meet customer needs, using agile methodologies to support the full lifecycle of engagement delivery.

- 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry landscape, including vendors and tools, such as; ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, Metric Stream, IBM Open Pages, Modulo, Rsam, LockPath, or Agilliance
- Practitioner experience working in a governance, risk, and compliance role, such as; external auditor, control owner, audit manager, or internal audit
- Industry certifications are helpful, but not required: GRCP, GRCA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISA
- Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform in terms familiar to a non-IT, IRM audience
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, backend programming, and database development and access
- Experience with common integrations such as Twilio, Everbridge, Workday

As a Senior Technical Consultant you'll use agile methodology to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working in collaboration with stakeholders and business analysts to meet customer needs.

- Guide customers on how to leverage CMDB and other platform data with Operational Resilience, Recovery, and Planning efforts
- Configure and customize Workspace UI components
- Create and modify custom Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies and Scripts
- Develop and deploy integrations with external notification applications
- Migrate data into ServiceNow from external tools
- Build dashboards using ServiceNow reporting, analytics, and metrics
- Re-engineer and refactor legacy ServiceNow application code
