Amazon Direct OrderWe helped a large company automate Amazon procurement. They found that purchasers were spending an inordinate amount of time ordering and re-ordering common, commodity items.
AJUVO leveraged its deep experience with the ServiceNow Service Catalog to author a Direct Order solution that could be used for end-to-end order fulfillment with any vendor that supports standard eProcurement technology. Requirements included support for multiple languages and currencies, ease of administration, order fulfillment notifications, governance/oversight, and the ability to accommodate and onboard additional supplier vendors.
The resulting Amazon Direct Order framework was launched with support for Amazon US and Amazon UK and created significant efficiencies in Amazon order processing. The Amazon Direct Order-ServiceNow solutions seamlessly initiates Amazon orders directly from ServiceNow Service Catalog requests, significantly reducing turnaround times, minimizing demand on Procurement resources, and improving end-user satisfaction. Additional vendor candidates are now pending integration.

Restaurant IT Configuration and CentralizationAJUVO helped a national restaurant chain with over 2000 retail locations centralize IT configurations. The new ServiceNow-based solution enabled the restaurant’s IT and Field Service personnel to centrally manage proprietary technologies, network connectivity, telephony, finance components, and support staff hierarchy. Restaurant data is secure, accessible, and available for reference to support ongoing maintenance throughout the restaurant’s lifecycle.

Restaurant Opening and ProvisioningThat same national restaurant chain reached out to us again when they needed to modernize its restaurant opening and provisioning solutions. AJUVO helped them sunset their homegrown application and built out a complete restaurant opening framework within ServiceNow’s Project & Portfolio Management solution.
To manage their process across multiple vendors, contractors, and internal organizations. We also developed internal dashboards and scheduled reporting of data for external vendors to ensure all team members have visibility into key dates, details, and status associated with these openings. This solution provides visibility, consistency, and quality to help deliver on-time restaurant openings, and is a fantastic example of how the ServiceNow platform can be extended to support all aspects of key business functions.

Natively built on ServiceNow’s Now Platform®, the solutions also automates business continuity and disaster recovery workflows, helping companies plan for and recover from the worst.
The solution was deployed by a number of billion-dollar Banking, Finance, and Insurance companies, and rapidly became a best-seller in the ServiceNow Store and a was named a leading solution in Gartner’s Business Continuity Management quadrant. The solution was acquired by ServiceNow in 2019 and is still one of the hottest sellers in the ServiceNow Store.

Finance Application IntegrationOne of the world’s largest leasers of technology, healthcare, media and entertainment, government and education equipment came to AJUVO for help integrating it’s ServiceNow implementation with its its internal lease financing systems. AJUVO designed, developed, and certified a bi-directional integration that provides the company’s end-users to immediately access leasing data directly from the ServiceNow platform. The integration supports complex data mapping and aligns with standard configuration governance. AJUVO also built a Leasing Portal with intuitive mapping capabilities and dashboards to provide insights into Asset and Lease data.
