Our Story
AJUVO brings extensive experience to an agile, cutting-edge development process. Our founders began their information technology journey before ITIL and ITSM emerged as part of the IT alphabet. They actively wrestled with all of the issues and evolutions of IT as it evolved from siloed federations of IT disciplines (systems management, applications management, database administration, network management, and security) through the era of monolithic enterprise frameworks (Tivoli, CA, OpenView and BMC) to today’s service-centric, user-centric, cloud-centric digital platforms.
This historic perspective provides AJUVO with a deep understanding of the fundamental “zeros and ones” that IT organizations struggle with on a daily basis, as well as an evolutionary context for the Service Management ecosystem that evolved to address those needs.
As a full-service partner for ServiceNow, AJUVO’s mission is to be the highest quality, highest touch, highest ethics option in the Service Management marketplace. The name AJUVO derives from the Latin “to foster” – a value which permeates our culture and vision for client engagement.
Leadership
An original founder of AJUVO back in 2013. As a customer, he owned ServiceNow and saw early on how the platform would transform organizations, IT and beyond. Prior to that, he spent 10 years deploying earlier generation enterprise tools as a Consultant at Pepperweed and IBM. He is an advocate for simplicity and a connector of dots.

The accent is South African, to clear up any debate. Gavin has over 20 years of IT consulting experience, focused on ITSM, ITOM and ITBM, deployed on the ServiceNow platform, for the last 7 years. He launched his consulting career after managing Infrastructure and Security as a practitioner. Gavin’s beard has its own name, ask him to introduce you.

She has over 20 years of experience as a Practice leader, Process designer, and Engagement manager in consulting organizations small and large. Her focus on organizational change and cultural adoption ensures quality and success throughout all of our engagements. The accent is Southern.

With over 25 years experience in IT and certifications encompassing Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, ServiceNow Platform, Information Systems Auditing and ITIL, Nicole has come a long way from her childhood on a dirt farm in Southeastern Washington State. She excels at assessing customer needs and helping them achieve Business Resilience. Sadly, within her family circle the only agreed upon description of her talents is that she “does something with computers.”
