Open Position - Technical Consultant
As a Technical Consultant you'll use an agile methodology to assist in developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working in collaboration with senior team members and stakeholders to implement solutions. Typical projects supported will range from simple to highly complex, large enterprise environments, so flexibility and adaptability are imperative.

Job Functions:
- Design, develop, test and deploy technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Implement solutions for ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, SPM, PPM, Integrations
- Create and modify custom Workflows
- Develop and manage Service Catalog Items
- Migrate data into ServiceNow from external tools
- Build dashboards and reporting ServiceNow system analytics and metrics
- Assist in creation and maintenance of documentation of requirements, architecture and integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify and fix bugs, address support tickets
- Interact with customer stakeholders, attend regular status meetings
- Ensure quality is embedded within all aspects of your work
Individual Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, be goal and deadline oriented
- Team-oriented work style, strong communication skills
Technical Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administration and development on SN platform
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development best practices, including coding standards, security, and performance optimization
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, APM, SPM, PPM, etc
- Strong Experience with JS frameworks and libraries including AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap and jQuery
- Experience with Business rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer
- Experience with platform interfaces including mobile, portal development, and Next Experience UI
- Knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST
- Understanding of ITIL V3 processes
- Experience with common integrations such as Workday, SAP, Twilio
- Experience in ServiceNow application development, including Scoped Application development
- Experience using Import Sets to load data from external sources
- Commitment to well-tested, stable and scalable code deployments
- Adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator, required
- Certified Implementation Specialist, preferred
